This is a channel to communicate actions or behavior that is considered anti-ethical or that violate the principles of ethics and standards of conduct and/or current legislation. The ethics helpline is managed by an independent company, ensuring anonymity, confidentiality and suitable handling of each situation by the higher administrative levels of the company, thus avoiding conflicts of interest.
